Meet Summer Morales Yoga

Namaste

Originally from New York, I have traveled the world and shared the wonderful benefits of yoga. I have been an instructor for over 12 years and practicing for over 15 years. I have taught not only in the United States, but in England as well. I am an E-RYT 200 Certified Instructor.  I teach a fun, energetic practice that combines alignment and flow to allow students to grow in their practice, engaging challenge in a nurturing environment.  While encouraging strong asanas in class, I also focus on the importance of pranayama (breath control). I teach all levels and have experience in different styles of yoga, to include, Hatha,Vinyasa, Anusara, Ashtanga, Hot, Iyengar and Restorative Yoga.
 

Currently teaching Slow Flow and Hatha Yoga  in Austin Texas.  I am also available for private sessions.
